Vinci Da Official Trailer Breaks into Top 5 Bracket

RBN Web Desk: The official trailer of director Srijit Mukherji’s upcoming film Vinci Da has broken into the top five bracket of most watched videos for the relevant geographical region on YouTube in less than 48 hours of its release. The video is currently trending at the fifth spot.

Vinci Da has Rudranil Ghosh, Sohini Sarkar, Anirban Bhattacharya, Ritwick Chakraborty, Bharat Kaul, and Riddhi Sen in major roles.

The plot of the film centres around a makeup artiste (Rudranil) who is a big fan of Leonardo da Vinci, the mid-fifteenth century Italian polymath and sculptor. The makeup artiste is named Vinci Da by his industry peers and detractors. Frustrated over the lack of recognition to his art, Vinci Da takes to crime, aided by Adi Bose (Ritwick) who calls himself a ‘serial lawyer’ and believes in instant justice.

Anirban plays a police officer in the film, while Sohini has been cast as a north Kolkata girl.

Vinci Da is Srijit’s third thriller after Baishe Srabon (2011) and Chotushkone (2014).

The film releases on 12 April.
