Son Dismisses Kader Khan Death Reports as Rumours
RBN Web Desk: Veteran actor-screenwriter Kader Khan’s son Sarfaraz Khan has dismissed the death reports of his father has a “rumour.” Kader Khan was put under BiPAP ventilation at a hospital in Canada on 28 December after he complained of breathlessness.
Reports about the purported death of the 81-year old actor started appearing on the internet and social media since last evening. The reports soon became viral with people posting ‘rest in peace’ and similar comments.
However, Sarfaraz clarified to PTI, “It is all a lie. It (is) just a rumour. My father is in the hospital.”
The social media, earlier this month, was flooded with reports about the ‘death’ of veteran Hindi film actor Danny Denzongpa.
Kader Khan is reportedly suffering from progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), which causes dementia and loss of balance.
The actor underwent a botched knee surgery last year which robbed him of the ability to walk.
