Mithun Chakraborty Hospitalised

RBN Web Desk: Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty, has been hospitalised in Los Angeles. He was undergoing treatment for back pain in the US and was rushed to the hospital after his condition deteriorated.

Reports suggest that the three-time National Award winning actor has been suffering from chronic back pain for several years now. He decided to move to Los Angeles for advanced treatment.

Mithun faced the problem for the first time while doing a stunt in the 2009 film Lucky: No Time for Love.  He was treated of the condition in 2016 but had to visit the hospital a number of times for follow-up sessions.

The 66-year old actor had one film this year. He was seen as a senior intelligence officer in Anil Sharma’s Genius. Mithun is playing a major role in Vivek Agnihotri’s film The Tashkent Files which is slated to release in 2019.
