RBN Web Desk: Veteran actor-screenwriter Kader Khan, in a sad turn of events, has been put on BiPAP ventilation at a hospital in Canada after he complained of breathlessness. His condition is reportedly critical and the doctors preferred to put him in the BiPAP ventilation instead of a normal one.
Kader Khan, according to reports, has stopped talking. He is also showing symptoms of pneumonia. His present condition stems from the progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) ailment he is suffering since several years now. While a team of senior doctors are attending Khan, his condition continues to remain extremely delicate, reports added.
The 81-year old actor underwent a botched knee surgery last year which robbed him of the ability to walk.
In an illustrious career spanning nearly 50 years, Kader Khan has acted in over 300 films. He has also been one of the most successful screenwriters in Hindi cinema with over 250 films to his credit.
