Jaan Kumar Sanu Recreates Father’s Hit Song
RBN Web Desk: His father is widely considered the melody king of the nineties. And now, Kumar Sanu’s son, Jaan Kumar Sanu, has recreated one of his father’s biggest hits Dil Mera Churaya Kyun and released it on the internet. The video single, since its release, has attracted more than two million views.
Dil Mera Churaya Kyun, from the soundtrack of Mansoor Khan’s 1995 film Akele Hum Akele Tum, was one of the biggest hits in Kumar Sanu’s playback career. The song was written by Majrooh Sultanpuri and set to tune by Anu Malik.

Jaan Kumar had earlier recreated the Chirodini Tumi Je Amaar song, from Sujit Guha’s 1987 hit Bengali film Amar Sangi, as a tribute to legendary singer Kishore Kumar. He also lent his voice to the Bum Bum Bole song in Taare Zameen Par (2000), and sang alongside Babul Supriyo and Sonu Nigam in Escape from Taliban (2003).
