Saayoni Ghosh to Play a Psychiatrist in Dwikhandito

RBN Web Desk: Popular actress Saayoni Ghosh is all set to play a psychiatrist in Nabarun Sen’s film Dwikhandito. The film is about a writer suffering from a dissociative identity crisis and his doctor who helps him overcome the condition. Saswata Chatterjee plays the writer, while Anjana Basu has been cast as his wife Sumona.

According to the story, Saswata begins to see the character Bipin which he has created, as his own image. It soon leads to a dangerous obsession. Sumona, unable to handle the situation, rushes her husband to the hospital.

The film also has Soumitra Chatterjee and Koushik Kar in other major roles.

Shooting for the film is already complete. The story is written by Nabarun himself, and the film is expected to hit the theatres early next year.
