Jackie Rewinds Ram Lakhan in Picture with Anil

RBN Web Desk: Having appeared in more than 220 films in a career spanning nearly four decades, Jackie Shroff has been one of the most prolific leading actors in Hindi cinema. He is all set to be seen on the big screen again in two films, Thugs of Hindostan and Paltan, this year.

Subhash Ghai’s 1989 potboiler, Ram Lakhan, was a milestone in Jackie’s acting career. The action-drama film had Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Rakhee Gulzar, Dimple Kapadia, Amrish Puri, Anupam Kher, and Satish Kaushik in key roles. The film was one of the biggest hits that year.

And now, the 61-year old actor has shared a picture of him and Anil from the sets of Ram Lakhan, on Instagram. Jackie didn’t describe the picture and just wrote ‘Bhidu’ on top.

Jackie is dressed as a police officer, the role that he played in the film, while Anil is in his street smart avatar as Lakhan.

Subhash Ghai gave Jackie his first major break in Hero (1983). The director repeated Jackie in several other films including Karma (1986), Khalnayak (1993), and Yaadein (2001).
