Elfina Mukherjee Harassed by Cab Driver

RBN Web Desk: TV actress Elfina Mukherjee was allegedly harassed by a cab driver yesterday. According to the police, Elfina had booked an app-cab with her smartphone. The driver of the car, Rajkumar Roy, allegedly passed obscene comments on her. She lodged a first information report (FIR) at the Barasat police station.

Elfina had played a key role in the hugely popular serial Bhutu. She lives in Dum Dum.

According to reports, Elfina and her husband Sudipta had gone to Hridaypur near Barasat to meet the actress’ brother. They hired an app-cab on their way back and that’s when Rajkumar allegedly passed the comments. The driver refused to stop the car when Elfina urged him to do so. The couple then started screaming from the car, reports said, adding that Roy finally stopped the vehicle seeing on other option left.

Elfina and Sudipta later filed the FIR.
