Sujon Majhi Re Creates a Record of Sorts
RBN Web Desk: Just two days into its release, Sujon Majhi Re from the soundtrack of director Aniket Chattopadhyay’s upcoming film Hoichoi Unlimited, has created a record of sorts. In perhaps the first of its kind event since the release of Bengali film songs took the internet route, Sujon Majhi Re has bagged the number one spot among all trending videos on YouTube in the relevant geographical location. The video is already closing in on 10 lakh views.
That aside, the song marks the return of popular playback singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya to Bengali films, after quite some time.
Written by Raja Chanda, music for the song is composed by Savvy.
Hoichoi Unlimited has been extensively shot in Uzbekistan and has Dev, Kharaj Mukherjee, Saswata Chatterjee, Arno Mukherjee, Rajatava Dutta, Puja Banerjee, Koneenica Banerjee and others in key roles.
