Mumtaz Socar Starts Shooting for Masud Pathik Film
RBN Web Desk: Tollywood actress Mumtaz Sorcar, last seen in actor-director Amitabha Bhattacharjee’s Raktokarobi (2017), has started shooting for her first Bangladeshi film Maya-The Lost Mother. The film is being directed by Masud Pathik, while the Bangladesh government is bankrolling the project.
Mumtaz has already shot for six days and the actress is super-excited for her debut Bangladeshi film and took to Twitter in this regard. It’s a pleasure to work with the team, she said.

Maya-The Lost Mother will be canned mostly in and around Dhaka. That aside, the film be shot at Narsingdi and Raipura in Bangladesh.
