Jeetu Kamal in Raj Chakraborty Film
RBN Web Desk: Television actor Jeetu Kamal, widely known for his role as Bablu in the popular serial Rangiye Diye Jao, is all set to be seen in director Raj Chakraborty’s upcoming film Adventures of Jojo. The shooting of the film is currently underway in Arunachal Pradesh.
Jeetu is playing the role of forest ranger Sujoy Bose in the film. Manali Dey has been cast as his wife.
Adventures of Jojo marks the big screen debut of Joshojit Banerjee, son of popular actor and reality show winner Joyjit Banerjee, in the title role. National Award winning actor Samiul Alam plays Jojo’s friend Shibu in the film. Samiul won the award for his performance in Sahaj Paather Goppo (2017) which was directed by Mana Mukul Pal and earned critical acclaim.

Popular actor Rudranil Ghosh is playing the main antagonist Munna Hazari in the film. Munna is a tiger poacher and is after a big cat named Chengis. The narrative of the film is about how Jojo and Shibu foil the sinister plans of Munna to cage the tiger.
Sujoy is the ranger of the forest where Jojo and Shibu embark on their adventure. According to the plot, Sujoy and his wife play a key role in the film’s climax.
Besides Adventures of Jojo, Jeetu Kamal will also be seen in the lead in Sandip Choudhury’s upcoming film. Sandip, incidentally, is the son of renowned Bengali film director Anjan Choudhury.
But Jeetu has not bid goodbye to television. It’s just a temporary break, the actor recently told the media, adding that he will return to television whenever he gets a good role.
