London: The Diwali Flavours Fiesta, gourmet style, was hosted by Asda on 25 October. It was a scrumptious showcase of a tapas style vegetarian menu created with a lot of creativity and some smart planning, ensuring none misses out on any of the fun and time with friends and family. Keeping in mind the spirit of Diwali, the spread was completely vegetarian, making it perfect for everyone.
The Diwali supper club was hosted by food writer and nutritionist Radhika Howarth from RadikalKitchen and Zaleha Olpin, the Rendang Lady, from Masterchef 2018.
Each of the dishes was made using quality ingredients sourced from Asda—right from the exotic rose petals, to vermicelli for those perfect desserts—to a variety of chutneys and condiments. Tamarina sauce, green chutney and paneer made the spread more special.
