Anirban, Mimi to Play a Couple in New Thriller

RBN Web Desk: Anirban Bhattacharya and Mimi Chakraborty are all set to play a couple in Arindam Sil’s upcoming film Khela Jakhon. The two actors will be sharing screen space again after Arindam’s 2017 film Dhananjoy.

It has been learnt that Mimi will play Urmi, a woman just out of coma, while Anirban has been cast as her husband Sagnik. Unable to adjust to the changed circumstances, Urmi will turn violent, as she finds the present situation not conforming to her beliefs. The new thriller is about how the people around Urmi, including Sagnik, adapts to her increasingly violent nature.

Sayani Gupta was earlier slated to play Urmi but was later replaced with Mimi. Tanushree Chakraboty will play a key role in the film.
