Abhijit-Sudeshna’s New Web-Series on Same-Sex Relationship
RBN Web Desk: Directors Abhijit Guha and Sudeshna Roy have started shooting a new web-series which is a story about same-sex relationship. The film has Anindya Chatterjee, Indrasish Roy, Pujarini Ghosh, Poulomi Das, and Pallavi Chatterjee as part of the cast.
According to the film’s plot, Vicky (Anindya) and Ron (Indrasish) are in a relationship but hesitate to express it fearing social oppression. But Vicky manages to confess about his love for Ron before his parents. While Vicky’s father is upset about his son’s decision, his mother Pallavi is open to it. Failing to convince her husband, she leaves the house with her son.
The mother-son duo soon comes across Agni (Pujarini) and Nandu (Poulomi)—a girl couple—and the story takes off from this point. What happens when Vicky, Ron, Agni, and Pulomi meet, with Vicky’s mother in the middle of all, is what the narrative is all about.
The web-series will be streamed on a popular on-demand digital entertainment platform.
