Varun Dhawan, Banita Sandhu Impresses in October Official Trailer
RBN Web Desk: The trailer of producer-director Shoojit Sircar’s much-awaited film October released a few hours ago on the internet and has already attracted more than 40 lakh views. The film has Varun Dhawan and newcomer Banita Sandhu in the lead.
Varun looks impressive in the October official trailer where he has shed his typical romantic image in an intense film which promises to have the right dose of restrained emotions. The film has been written by Juhi Chaturvedi, who had brilliantly scripted Shoojit’s 2012 romantic comedy Vicky Donor.

October is about Dan (Varun), a housekeeper in a luxury hotel who catches the eyes of his coworker Shilui (Banita). As Dan gets more frustrated with his work, a romance buds in the corners of the hotel alleys, among exchanged glances and mutual admiration. But a major twist throws their life off-track and from then on the film takes a different turn.
October has Iteeva Pande, Karamveer Kanwar, and Sahil Vedoliyaa in lead roles. Music for the film has been composed by Anupam Roy and Shantanu Moitra.
The Kolkata-based filmmaker had earlier produced Open Tee Bioscope (2015), and Pink (2016), both of which were major box office hits.
