Sara Ali Khan Likely in Ashutosh Gowariker Film

RBN Web Desk: Sara Ali Khan, who is working on her debut film Kedarnath, is doing everything to make the project a success. And that’s not all. She seems to have several directors interested to cast her in their films.

A few days back, Sara was spotted shaking hands with Ashutosh Gowariker outside his Khar office. The media began speculating that the producer-director could be planning a new film with her.

Now, according to reports, the Swades director has expressed his desire to cast Arjun Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan for a historical drama based on three major battles fought between the 16th and 18th centuries.

It has been learnt that Ashutosh visited Abhishek Kapoor, the director of Kedarnath, and went through some rushes from the film. Abhishek and Ashutosh are good friends and the latter was pretty impressed by Sara’s performance. It prompted him to rope her in for his own project.

Kedarnath is slated to release on 21 December.
