Parineeti Chopra Gets Candid about Arjun Kapoor

RBN Web Desk: Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra are all set to share screen space again in Dibakar Banerjee’s upcoming romantic thriller film Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The two appeared together for the first time in Habib Faisal’s 2012 film Ishaqzaade.

In a recent interview to a leading daily, Parineeti Chopra got candid about her relationship with Arjun Kapoor.

I can just kick Arjun and tell him to shut up and behave, Parineeti said, adding that she shares a special bond with the actor.

Parineeti said, we came close at a very important time in our lives. Arjun’s mother was ill and Ishaqzaade was about to release. I was very tense during the shooting of the film as Ladies vs Ricky Bahl was stuck in pre-release hurdles. We depended on each other a lot at that time, she said.

The Shuddh Desi Romance actress said that she is very possessive about Arjun. None has the guts to say anything bad about the actor, Parineeti said, adding that she is always in front fighting for him. He is very special to me, she said.

Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar is slated to release on 18 August. The film has been shot in Mumbai, Delhi, and the Indo-Nepal border.
