Kuch Kuch Hota Hai Strikes a Chord in Stuttgart
RBN Web Desk: Two decades after filmmaker Karan Johar’s directorial debut Kuch Kuch Hota Hai created box office history, the film seems to have found a new set of fans in Stuttgart. The producer-director, who since went on to make several top grossing films in Bollywood, recently shared a short video on Twitter, where the Stuttgarter Kammerorchester is seen playing the title track of the iconic film.
The original video of the orchestra was uploaded by Sanjeev Ghanate.
Karan did not hide his excitement on seeing the video and tweeted about it.

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai released in 1998 and is often widely considered the coming-of-age romantic comedy film in Hindi. Written by Karan himself, the film had Kajol, Rani Mukherjee, and Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan in the lead.

The film cemented Rani’s career as a leading actress in Hindi films.
Made at a budget of approximately ₹100 million, the film has since raked in more than ₹1 billion in revenues.
