Jaan Kumar Sanu Ready for Playback Debut

RBN Web Desk: Popular singer Kumar Sanu’s son Jaan Kumar Sanu is all set to make his playback debut in a film to be directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee. The film has Lillete Dubey and Paoli Dam in major roles.

Earlier this year Jaan Kumar recreated one of his father’s biggest hits Dil Mera Churaya Kyun from the soundtrack of Mansoor Khan’s 1995 film Akele Hum Akele Tum and released it on the internet. The video single, since its release, is closing in on 3.5 million views.

Jaan Kumar, as a child artiste, sang jingles under the supervision of seasoned composers like Shank-Ehsaan-Loy and Shantanu Moitra.

Speaking about roping in Jaan Kumar to sing for his film, Ram Kamal said, he is an extremely talented singer and it’s a pleasure to work with him.

Titled Season’s Greetings, the film is expected to be shot in and around Kolkata in November.
