Urvashi, Gullu, Mohini Emerge Winners in Mrs India UK 2018

London: Urvashi Salaria, Gullu Kuchhal, and Mohini Srinivasan have emerged winners in the Mrs India UK 2018 event held in the city recently. Gullu and Mohini won the contest in the classic and plus-sized segment respectively.

Former Lake Gardens, Kolkata, resident Nabarupa Mukherjee came as the first runner-up in the contest. Nabarupa had spent her growing-up years in the south Kolkata neighbourhood, and shifted to Durgapur in 1986, when her father was transferred on job. She returned to Kolkata sometime in 1994 and was staying in Behala. She later left Kolkata for higher studies in UK and a job in a premier automobile company.

While Urvashi will now head to the Mrs Earth 2018 contest, Gullu will participate in the Mrs International pageant.

This was the second season of the Mrs India UK contest that aims to celebrate talent, share knowledge, and motivate married women to embrace their strengths.

Thrity-one contestants made it to the final of the event which was attended by more than 200 guests.
