Professor Shonku O El Dorado Shoot Likely to Start Soon
RBN Web Desk: Shooting of the first schedule for Professor Shonku O El Dorado, based on the story Nakur Babu O El Dorado written by author-filmmaker Satyajit Ray, is likely to begin in May. According to industry sources, preproduction for the project has started on a war footing and the film in all probability will roll in May instead of June, as reported earlier.
The production team is busy finalising shooting locations in West Bengal. A considerable part of the film will be shot abroad, and in this case, Brazil has emerged as the preferred location.
Brief Return to the Small Screen for Manali Dey
The production house bankrolling the project had earlier produced Kamaleshwar Mukherjee’s 2017 film Amazon Obhijaan. A major portion of the film was shot in Brazil. It’s believed that since the production team already has the experience of shooting in the South American country, things will be easier this time.
