Benoy Badal Dinesh on the Big Screen?

RBN Web Desk: Should everything go as planned, a film on Benoy Badal Dinesh, the iconic youth leaders of the armed freedom movement in India, could be a reality soon, according to reports published in a leading English daily.

The film is likely to be produced by Bengali superstar Dev’s production company, Dev Entertainment Ventures, and would be a part of the four-film contract which he has with director Aniket Chattopadhyay.

Kabir is the only film that Aniket has made so far for Dev’s company, and the second one, a biopic on Padma Shri awardee Subhasini Mistry was announced recently.

The third film is expected to be a comedy and will be Dev’s Puja release this year.

Dev, in all probability, will play one of the three lead characters in Benoy Badal Dinesh. A big announcement in this regard is expected soon.

Kabir opens on 13 April.
