RBN Web Desk: Paranthe Wali Galli, the one-stop destination for all parantha lovers in Kolkata, has introduced a limited period pure vegetarian menu inspired by the flavours of Rajasthan.
Chef Rahul Arora said that several exotic spices and some rare cooking techniques have been used to come up with some exclusive varieties of paranthas. The recipe for each parantha, he said, is the result of extensive travelling in the western Indian state.
The seasonal platter includes Mangodi ka Parantha, Ker Sangri ka Parantha, Adrak Mooli ka Parantha, Gatte ka Paratha,Dahi ka Paratha, and several other lip-smacking options.
The chef said that even die-hard non-vegetarians will love the new seasonal menu which will be available until 28 February.
