RBN Web Desk: Director Debarati Gupta has wrapped up the shooting for her upcoming film Onek Diner Pore. The film has Swastika Mukherjee, Sudipta Chakraborty, Rupanjana Mitra, and Palomi Ghosh in major roles.
Onek Diner Pore tells the story of four friends from the same school who arrange a reunion after 18 years.
Swastika, who plays Swagata in the film, contacts her friends from the batch through social media and requests them to attend the reunion. However, out of the 150 women supposed to attend the event, only four turn up. The four friends develop a bond among themselves, and as they get closer, secrets from their past tumble out.
The narrative of the film probes the complexities involved in success and failure and sheds light on the hidden realities in an individual’s life.
Sudipta plays Debolina, a corporate executive in the film, while Rupanjana plays a former model.
Music for the film has been composed by Raja Narayan Deb.
Onek Diner Pore is likely to release this winter.
