On the occasion of World Hypertension Day, Argobbhawva – Humanity Development organized a press briefing session to commemorate the successful medical camps in Sundarbans. The session highlighted the successful survey of the Sundarbans free Madical camps conducted by Argobbhawva, Humanity Development. Gopal Dave, ROM Head, Vishudhanand Saraswati Marwari Hospital; Rudra Roy, Orthopedic, R. G. Kar Hospital along with Mahendra Agarwal, Founder, ARGOBBHAWVA-Humanity Development were present to address the media.
The session also witnessed the presence of Mihir Mondal, Gram Panchayat Pradhan, Tardaha; Amirul Islam, Secretary, Tardaha; Arup Sinha, Executives from Jagulgachi; Ajay Mondal, Gram Panchayat Upa Pradhan, Satjelia.

It is a kind of noble initiatives where basic medical facilities and medicines are provided to the people of Sundarbans free of cost. Argobbhawva Humanity Development contacted over 25 Medical Camps across 10 locations in Sundarbans in 5 months like Satjelia, Tardaha, Bamonghata, Jagulgachi, Sarberiya, Naalmuri, Lihiripur. More than 250 people were successfully treated in each camp by a team of 15 doctors and they received enormous response from people who were attended the medical camps.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahendra Agarwal, Founder, Argobbhawva – Humanity Development said, “To go beyond one’s own self and to serve others is the notion on which our organization has been conceptualized. This marks the beginning of a journey which will establish Humanity as a way of life. We are getting extreme encouraging response from people who are attending our medical camps, and we are also getting a huge support from the Doctors who have joined us as a Volunteer and helping us to serve the poors. I thanked all of them for being with us.”
